Hi Margaret! I am a full time resident too. I'm a part time counselor at COD, my work schedule tends to change by semester. After May I don't think I will be working Monday eves. Late afternoons do not work for me. Early evenings, 5:30 or after does. I prefer a weekday evening for regular sits rather than weekends. However, I would be open to an occasional Sat or Sun half day sit with walking meditation and discussion and/or an occasional half day meditation practicing complete silence.

Kal here. I was at the Cha-cha lesson Friday, 4-30 and I would like your opinion as to my continuing with this group. There were some people there in my age group and it looked like they were far along in dancing. This Tuesday is intermediate Salsa lessons. Do you think a beginner should go. Please let me know.
